Cher Rowland is a native Californian, born and raised on the mid-Peninsula.

Twenty-five years inside Silicon Valley's most prestigious law firms, as a senior level Executive Assistant and Paralegal to corporate and patent prosecution partners, supporting partners, executives and directors. A court reporter for the State of California.
It is why Cher reads a contract the way she does. She calls it speaking Contract English.
She credits the successful move from corporate to real estate to the same traits that those firms relied on her for: a straightforward, no nonsense, direct and honest approach to business.
In real estate
Licensed since 2002, Cher Rowland lists and sells up and down the Peninsula from her office on Santa Cruz Avenue in downtown Menlo Park. She works with sellers, buyers and investors.
The marketing and the sales plan are built around the property and the client in front of her. What Cher is known for is listing and closing on those homes so that men and women get their money. She listens to her clients, is responsive, timely, thorough and thoughtful. Clients appreciate Cher's deal structuring and contract negotiating skills, in addition to her unwavering professionalism.
Her sellers become buyers and her buyers become sellers. She has worked with the same families two to five times, on houses, apartment buildings, commercial leases and rentals, at every level of the market.

Away from the desk
Cher enjoys her time as a private pilot and she plays golf.
Member of the Menlo Park Rotary, three years. She has volunteered with Peninsula Volunteers, Inc. in Menlo Park, driving for Meals on Wheels, she prepared meals at St. Anthony's Kitchen in Menlo Park, and she has cooked Breakfast with Santa for the local children each year.
Earlier, working in the Radiation and Oncology Department at Seton Medical Center in Daly City, she helped start and initiate the Look Good, Feel Better program for cancer patients there.
