Cher Rowland is a native Californian, born and raised on the mid-Peninsula just 40 minutes from downtown San Francisco. Her legal career spans over 25+ years with Silicon Valley’s most prestigious law firms, as a senior-level Executive Assistant and Paralegal to corporate and patent prosecution’s best, supporting the top-tier partner, executive, and director. Cher is also a former court reporter for the State of California. She attributes her successful real estate transition from corporate to her straightforward, no-nonsense, direct, and honest approach to business.

Cher is consistently demonstrating her negotiation skill level and deal structuring expertise in real estate by offering customized marketing and sales solutions to sellers, buyers, and investors on the Peninsula. She does this by articulately and confidently perfecting the home buying-and-selling process while identifying issues of concern and proactively initiating solutions. She is happy to have been able to work with her sellers who then become buyers and buyers who again become sellers by listing and shopping for those same families. Cher’s native Californian areas of expertise - San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, Silicon Valley is all-inclusive.

Cher enjoys her time as a private pilot. Cher speaks Contract English. In addition, Cher is currently a Member of The Menlo Park Rotary, has volunteered with Peninsula Volunteers, Inc., Menlo Park, CA driving for Meals on Wheels in the past, prepares meals at St. Anthony's Kitchen in Menlo Park, and participated in cooking Breakfast with Santa for the local children annually. Her earlier contributions involved the medical professional field starting the "Look Good, Feel Better" Program for cancer patients through the then "Daughters of Charity" Seton Medical Center in Daly City and the Radiation/Oncology Department where she worked.
